USTA pre-sale password confusion

The sell out was so quick this morning that Ticketmaster disabled the password as their method of closing the sale of tickets. Unfortunately, since Ticketmaster’s error message stated the password was incorrect, USTA members spent time trying to type the password different ways and had to call the hot line for help.
